Cook the Chicken for Your Burritos.

Begin by cooking the chicken for your burritos. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 to 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cumin. Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool before shredding with two forks.

Assemble the Burrito Filling.
